Mountaineering and trekking has truly and profoundly

changed my life.

Mountains weren’t even on my radar until 2014. I mean, seriously, I didn’t even know what the Seven Summits were!

Fast forward over a decade later, and here I am - a renowned Coach in the mountaineering & trekking world, known for helping people get fitter and faster in a mountain-specific way.

But you know what’s funny? It all happened by “accident”.

so, how did that happen?

Hey, can I tell you something else?

THAT epic, life affirming moment you’re envisioning for your next mountain - the one where you feel like Rocky, unstoppable, powerful, and undefined by physical capabilities?

Take it from me and my ten plus year timeline…

Not because you trained like Rocky, but because you trained in a mountain-specific way.

So, can we skip the small talk and go straight to the part where we talk about how you’re going to train so that you can truly experience THAT moment?

That moment all starts with your training.

100% yes!
