PILLAR 1: Your Training

After you've completed your consultation form and first one-to-one call, I'll start building your training phases and weekly training calendar in alignment with your day-to-day life. It's not about you fitting in with the program - it's about the program fitting in with you, without compromising on the long term goal of you getting fitter (and so much faster).

But here’s where it gets even better: beyond your weekly plan, I'll design your comprehensive training blueprint, mapping out the bigger picture. This isn't just about the day-to-day plan—it's a roadmap with crucial milestones and interim goals.

Don't have any milestones or interim goals yet? We'll set those together, ensuring they're fun, motivating, and aligned with your long-term objectives.

PILLAR 2: Your Climbing Calendar

Got a long list of dream peaks and routes? Great! We're going to strategically make it happen together.

Your job? Think big and share your wildest mountaineering and trekking dreams with me. I'll organise that list into a structured "Climbing (or Trekking) Calendar," strategically mapping out your schedule to steadily enhance your skills and confidence while aligning everything with the optimal climbing/trekking seasons.

PILLAR 3: Your Nutrition

Optimal performance begins with your nutrition. That's why I'll calculate your optimal calorie and macronutrient intake based on your daily training volume.

But that's not all—we'll also fine-tune your snacks and hydration, creating a customised protocol to ensure peak performance during your trek or expedition.

We'll adjust your nutrition based on your training intensity - expect to eat more on harder training days and slightly less on rest days.

PILLAR 4: MENTAL PERFORMANCE

Start the program with a mental performance assessment - this sets the stage for personalised coaching aimed at enhancing your mental performance in your training and on your trek or expedition.

This is one of my favourite parts of the program because the better I understand how you think and what motivates or demotivates you, the more effectively I can tailor the program and my coaching approach to fit your personality and performance style.

I'm currently doing my Masters in Sports Psychology and Performance, so expect this aspect of the program to be next level!

Expect a personalised supplement plan focused on enhancing your optimal performance and recovery.

When it comes to optimal recovery, timing your pre- and post-nutrition is key. Expect a detailed plan of what that looks like for you.

Menstruating or going through menopause? I'll share specific advice and supplementation to help you maintain peak performance.

This is where the magic happens.

Every other week, we'll schedule a 30-minute call. Just you and me—it's your time to ask questions, discuss what's been happening for you mentally and physically, and strategically address any worries or concerns you may have about your adventure.

These calls allow me to fine-tune your training based on your progress, feedback, and weekly needs, while also enhancing the mental performance aspect by understanding your cognitive distortions, strengths, and weaknesses.

BI-WEEKLY

We'll go through your gear list together, ensuring that you have the perfect choice of gear for your adventure (and that dream list) without wasting hours reading and researching.
